  • Promotes illegal activity or harm to others.

• Appeals may be submitted to the staff team for review, and each case will be handled based on the severity of the offense.

• Gaming & Chill Zone reserves the right to update or change these ToS at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and the updated ToS will be made available in the Server.
• Continued use of the Server after changes to the ToS will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

• No Liability: The Server and its staff are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of the Server or its content.
• Server Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Server and may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
